- Damaged or Defective? Full refund or replacement, no interrogation required.
- The Clock is Ticking: You have 30 days from the purchase date to let us know.
- The Condition: The item needs to be unwashed, unworn, and completely free of dog teeth marks or pet hair. If your pup already claimed it, it's yours.
- Human-to-Human: Email us at support@baddoggoods.com. You’ll talk to an actual human who understands exactly how chaotic life can be.
